2019 Final Competition Form Instructions

That’s a wrap!
We are all done with the 2018-19 season at the Milford Camera Club and it is now time to make your selections for the Final Competition which will be on Wednesday May 22nd. Please have all submissions in by Sunday, May 19th 2019.
From the menu click on Competitions and then Final Competition Form.
Next enter your credentials as you would for any monthly competition.
Note: if your password is saved you’ll go directly to the form.
Once logged in you should see the following:
To fill out the form start by entering in your Member Number, Name and Email Address in the first to input boxes. After that scroll through the list on the right hand side until you find your name where you’ll see all the images you entered for each category through the year along with the month, scores and rank for that image. To help you make you selections each category is colored to match the fields on the form where each entry should go. Once you’ve decided on your entries, simply copy and paste the Title into of each into the corresponding fields on the form. If your image is of an animal, this includes insects, you can click the check box next to each entry to make that image eligible for the Conrad Palmer Award. The Conrad Palmer Award is given for the best effort in Animal or Zoo photography and will be awarded in both print and digital.
When you have competed your form should look something like this:
Now click on the Submit button and your selections will be entered into the Final Competition.
You will then receive a confirmation email to the address you supplied in the form
If you make any mistakes feel free to fill out the form again and drop us an email to let us know that you’ve done so. Should you have any questions or issue with the form please feel free to contact me. Keep in mind there is no need to send me any digital files as I have them already, you’ll just need to bring the prints you selected with you to the competition.
